9 Dorset Road is one of a pair of 4 storey semi-detached townhouses, located close to the heart of Windsor in the Trinity Place/ Clarence Crescent conservation area. With similar briefs, we were asked (simultaneously) to extend, renovate and modernise both properties.
9 Dorset Road uses a more traditional approach than has been implemented with Number 7. The detail, materials used and colours are softer, more muted and mirror the existing building.

Renovated throughout, the house has been fully modernised. The house now benefits from hard wired data, underfloor heating and improved thermal efficiency.
