Greenways Drive is a cul-de-sac of stock brickwork houses that are 'variations on a theme'. Over time this variance had become more pronounced. We took this changing backdrop as an opportunity to create a new contemporary aesthetic that maintained elements of the old.
Here standing seam anthracite Zinc and off- white rendered forms are offset against the softness of the existing stock brickwork.

Internally the dwelling has been reconfigured and modernised. Integrated into the fabric are modern modes of operation such as programmable lighting, video multiplexing and streaming audio.
