Project Details
  • Client: Private
  • Date: 2017
  • Contract Value: £850,000

We were approached to intervene and remake this grand semi-detached Victorian Villa in a conservation area in the heart of Shepherds Bush. Nearing collapse, we disassembled the volume, cut voids to bring in light and reinstated the house to its former glory.

Incomparable to the original, we added a two storey zinc side return to add space and functionality and to complete the new town house.
The result is a modern family home where the inside and outside boundaries are blurred and light floods the entire property.
